Return Policy

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds Except for Defects:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at valclassique@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Eligibility for Defects:
To be eligible for a resolution, your item must be reported within 30 days of receipt. You will need to provide proof of the defect or damage along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items other than those that are defective or damaged. This includes but is not limited to sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items.
